Recipe for Uncooked Chocolate Dainties

Uncooked Chocolate Dainties Recipe
Ingredients
1 1/2 cups walnuts (first amount)
14 Medjool dates
1/2 cup cacao powder
1/4 or 1/2 teaspoon ground vanilla bean powder
sprinkle of salt
3 tablespoons of shredded coconut
3 tablespoons cacao nibs
3 tablespoons crushed walnuts (second amount)
Method
Chop the first amount of walnuts in the processor until they are fine Add the dates, cacao powder, vanilla bean powder and salt. Continue processing until the mixture is fine.
Mix together the remaining three ingredients, which will become the garnish.
Roll your date mixture into small shapes resembling truffles. Roll these truffles in the garnish mixture.
Freeze for at least ten minutes or for as long as you want.
