Trivia: Seventeenth century Londoners visited chocolate houses where bitter chocolate was served as a hangover cure. Don't try this at home, folks. It doesn't work!

Sprinkle with coconut. Place cherries on top. Melt remaining white chocolate and drizzle over your chocolate pizza. Chill.
Recipe Chocolate Pizza #3 : Tiramisu Dessert Pizza
1 baked pizza shell
12 oz Mascarpone cheese
1/3 cup confectioners' sugar
1/4 cup brewed Espresso, cooled
unsweetened cocoa powder
fresh raspberries or strawberries for garnish
Using your food processor, whip the mascarpone cheese and confectioners' sugar until smooth and creamy.(The Cuisinart DLC-2014 PowerPrep Plus 14-Cup Capacity Food Processor, White is the processor that serious cooks call their dream machine.)
Beat in the espresso until mixture is creamy and easy to spread. Add a bit more expresso if mixture is too stiff.
Spread the tiramisu filling over baked pizza shell.
Create a dappled effect by first dusting the cheese liberally with cocoa powder, followed by a very light
dusting of confectioners' sugar. Arrange fresh fruit around the edges of recipe chocolate pizza to garnish.
