Peanut Butter Fudge Recipe

A good peanut butter fudge recipe needs chocolate, of course. Anything else would be unspeakable.

Trivia: Peanut butter is roasted peanuts crushed into a paste. Most brands add sugar and salt. One-half of all edible peanuts produced in the United States are used to make peanut butter and peanut spreads.

Trivia: Cocoa and hot chocolate are two different things. Cocoa powder is the key ingredient in cocoa but to make the rich drink of hot chocolate, you melt chocolate bars into cream. We often use the two terms interchangeably.
