Method for Chocolate Mocha Fondue Recipe
First, chop the chocolate until it is fine. A Chocolate Chipper is a good tool to use for this task.
Using a double boiler, place the cream, coffee powder and chocolate over hot water. Do not allow the water to simmer. Stir continuously while about 3/4 of the chocolate has melted. At this point, take the double boiler away from the heat. Continue stirring until the rest of the chocolate has melted. Stir in the Grand Marnier.
Transfer to a fondue pot. For best results, use a fondue pot that heats with a votive candle. Electric pots may be too warm and may scorch the chocolate.
Nothing is simpler to make then this excellent chocolate mocha fondue. Enjoy!
