Low Fat Chocolate Brownies Recipe
This recipe for low fat brownies is so low in fat that it is almost a no-fat recipe. The brownies are of the fudge variety and are made with yoghurt.
Trivia: According to Wikipedia, a Yoghurt yogurt or yogourt is a dairy product produced by bacterial fermentation of milk. Fermentation of lactose produces lactic acid, which acts on milk protein to give yoghurt its texture and its characteristic tang.

Low Fat Brownies Recipe
Ingredients
1/2 cup chocolate
1 cup 0% plain yoghurt
1/2 cup sugar
3/4 cup flour
1/2 cup cocoa powder
1/4 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 cup water
Method
Prepare an eight inch by eight inch square pan by lining it with parchment paper or plastic wrap. Preheat the oven to 350°F or 180°C.

Mix together the melted chocolate, sugar and yoghurt.
In a different bowl, sift together the flour, cocoa and baking soda. Sift this into the chocolate mixture. Mix until just barely combined.
Add the water and stir until the batter joins together.
Press this into your pan and leave it sit for an hour or so.
Pour this batter into your cake pan and bake until done. This will take about 20 minutes or perhaps 25 minutes..
Remove from oven and cool before cutting.
This makes a very satisfying low-fat fudge brownie that is not too hard on the waistline.
