2 tablespoons of candied citrus peel (the purchased kind)
1/4 teaspoon of cinnamon

3 tablespoons butter (second amount)
Candied citrus peel for garnish

Prepare a ten inch square pan by lining it with parchment paper or plastic wrap.

Melt the milk chocolate.

Fold the puff rice into the mixture. Be sure all rice is coated.

Press this into your pan and leave it sit for an hour or so.

Melt the second amount of chocolate and melt the second amount of butter. Mix these together.
