Chocolate Chip Ice Milk Ingredients

1 envelope unflavored gelatin
4 cups 1% low-fat chocolate milk
3 eggs
1/3 cup of sugar
1/4 cup semi sweet chocolate chips

Preparation

Place one cup of the chocolate milk and the gelatin in a saucepan. After allowing it to sit for one minute, heat the mixture over medium heat. Stirring constantly, cook until the gelatin dissolves. This typically takes about a minute.
