What exactly are chocolate confections, anyway?
I confess that I don't really know. Are they candy? Cake? Pie? Desserts? Or some combination of the above? No doubt some kind soul will email me and clear the matter up.
In the meantime, when I think of this topic, I think of the special chocolate desserts and goodies that don't really fit into any other category. You know -- the little delicacies that set our mouth watering and begging for more.
And there is Good News!: Researchers think that dark chocolate may be good for your heart health and may help lower blood pressure. Of course, the bad news is that its high in fat and sugar. If you're going to eat it daily, they say you need to cut down on calories in other foods to prevent weight gain.
